Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account: email, handle, optional name, photo and bio.
• Collection: prints you own, keep and want; trades, messages and feedback.
• Location: your city and state, and a rough home location (to about a mile) if you set one, for nearby and stock alerts. Check-ins and stock reports use your device location once, when you tap.
• Shipping address: encrypted, and only shown to a trade partner after you both accept, or to a seller you buy from.
• Photos you add: stock report photos, timestamp photos of prints you trade, and mailbox photos, which your trade partner and our moderators can see.
• If you sell: the Venmo username or PayPal name you add, shown only to buyers who order from you.
• MiniPrintPal+: handled by Stripe on the web, or Apple or Google in the apps (through RevenueCat). We never see your card number.

What others see

Your handle, city and state, trust tier, feedback and achievements are public. Your spares and wants are visible to signed-in collectors unless you make your collection private. You can make your whole collection public in Settings.

How long we keep it

Shared addresses expire 60 days after a trade. Delete your account any time in Settings; we remove your collection, lists, address and profile details.

Your choices

Download everything we hold in Settings, change what we notify you about, or delete your account. We don't sell your data or show ads.
