Delete your MiniPrintPal account
MiniPrintPal is run by The Wandering DEV LLC.
In the app
- Open MiniPrintPal and sign in.
- Go to Settings, then Account.
- Under Delete account, type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
On the web
Sign in at miniprintpal.com/settings, scroll to Delete account, type DELETE and choose Delete my account.
By email
If you can't sign in, write to hello@miniprintpal.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's you and delete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: handle, name, photo and bio.
- Your collection, wants, spares, store listings, saved searches and alerts.
- Your shipping address, payment usernames and notification settings.
- Photos you uploaded (profile, stock report and trade photos) and any data exports.
- Your giveaway entries, the birthdate and state you gave to enter, and any copy of your address for a prize.
- Your sign-in, so the account can't be used again. A MiniPrintPal+ plan paid by card on the web is cancelled.
What we keep
- Open trades that haven't shipped are cancelled. Completed trades stay in the other collector's history under an anonymized profile.
- Records of disputes and safety reports, and payment or tax records, for as long as we need them to prevent abuse or the law requires.
- Photos of new prints you submitted to the catalog stay in the catalog.
- Giveaway winner and draw records, for 2 years, without a link to your account, so a draw can still be checked.
- Copies in backups, until the backups age out.
A MiniPrintPal+ subscription bought in the app is billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings, because deleting your account doesn't stop the store charging you.
